DEPARTMENT: Production Department


REPORTING TO: Production Manager

TERMS OF SERVICE: Permanent and Pensionable

JOB ROLE: Providing photography services to the Board

Key responsibilities

  1. Judging the quality of photographic images
  2. Organizing photographic coverage and documentation of photographs
  3. Assisting in budgeting of photographic materials
  4. Liaising with other Government departments and parastatals for photographic needs
  5. Taking news and feature photographs in digital format
  6. Caption writing and editing photographs
  7. Portraiture photography
  8. Producing and mounting of photographs for exhibitions
  9. Supervising and guiding of photographers under him/her
  10. Scanning and e-mailing photographs to subscribers, clients and media houses

Minimum academic qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in photography

Professional qualifications:

Post graduate diploma in Photography or any other field

Relevant work experience:

3 (Three) years relevant experience


  1. ICT proficiency.
  2. Good interpersonal and communication skills
  3. Analytical skill
